  • Before Shuttle (Hotel Guests)

    The W hotel is centrally located — check out Christmas Village at Dilworth Park or walk to Rittenhouse Square

  • Shuttle Boarding Begins
    W Hotel Lobby

    Important:

    • Please be in the lobby by 12:15 PM
    • Shuttle departs at 12:30 PM sharp
    • One large motorcoach will transport all guests
    • Shuttle service is for hotel guests only

  • Ceremony
    St. Thomas of Villanova Church
    800 E Lancaster Ave, Villanova, PA 19085
    Parking Information (if driving yourself)

    Park in Lots L2 and L3 on Villanova's campus. Both lots are just across a pedestrian bridge from the church (elevator available).

    Directions to L2 & L3:

    1. Drive east on Lancaster Ave (Route 30)
    2. Continue through the light at Rt. 320 / Spring Mill Road
    3. At the next light, turn right onto St. Thomas Way
    4. Lots L2 and L3 will be on your left and right

    Accessible Parking:

    Enter through the Spring Mill Road Gate, tell the guard you're attending the Goodyear–Carey wedding, and you'll be directed to accessible parking close to the church.

  • Return to Hotel
    Shuttle picks up at church

    The motorcoach will return all guests to the W Hotel. You'll have about 2 hours to relax before the reception shuttle.

  • Reception Shuttle Boarding

    • Shuttle departs at 4:45 PM
    • Motorcoach + overflow van available
    • Shuttle service is for hotel guests only

  • Cocktail Hour

    The Horticulture Center has a large on-site parking lot. Parking is free and plentiful. Follow signs to the main parking area when you arrive.

    Different section of the Horticulture Center

    The celebration continues in a different section of the venue.

    Continuous service to W Hotel
